Do you want to be more creative but find you're short on time?
The Penny Black Project is going express.
Round 3 will consist of four projects spaced six weeks apart. For each project you will be sent a stamp, denomination and feature colour. Follow the brief as closely as you want -or not at all - to create a series of miniature artworks. Illustration, collage, crochet, textiles, sculpture, photography; there is no limit on what you can submit.

Three weeks before the project is due you will also
receive some handy tips on being creative to help in the creation of your masterpiece.
Submitted artworks will be published here at pennyblackproject.blogspot.com and
be compiled into a zine at project end.
Artworks from Round 3 will also be exhibited at the Market in Hobart on November 4.
